So what have I been doing!?

Let's just say... I am having fun. I really am glad that I chose to come to NYC instead of other places. Even though it's expensive and eating my money away, I am having the time of my life here. I feel like I belong here. Like I needed to be here...

I love my new friends. I love walking around Manhattan. I love absolutely everything.....

One thing that makes me sad is that... I really miss my family... I miss my parents. I miss Kate sometimes. HAHA jk. But yeah. I miss them... Omg... I'm getting teary. AHHhhh!! T__T Not seeing their faces makes me feel distant from them...

Sometimes even though I want to cry, I just can't in front of people. It's really hard to keep all my emotions inside. It wants to burst out, but I can't let it do that.

& It's hard not being able to sing whenever I want either.

I wish music was still a big part of my life. It is fading away from me little by little. I feel it.

Let music never die in me.

Yesterday I moved in to my dorm! Met my roommates !!! <3 Well I still haven't met one of them! I'm in a quad room- Yes, that means 4 girls in a room! Love our room! (: I slept here last night...Honestly... I miss home. I miss California.. I must admit it.As much as I love it here, I miss the sunny California days.

Today, I was lost in the middle of Times Square by myself. I somehow found a subway but I didn't know what to do. And it only gets better, it started to rain... so off I go to Duane reade to buy a red umbrella. My mama is going back to Cali soon. I'm so sadddd ):

I like it here- except the weather.

SUPER HUMID and STICKY, and there was RAIN and THUNDER too! LOL

So weird... but other than that! It's great! I think I can get used to it..

I usually don't miss home..

I miss home though - or is too early to miss home already? Just thinking that I won't be home for a while makes me miss it.

Yesterday I went around Manhattan like New School Loeb building, Koreatown, shopping areas around Fifth Ave, Broadway, Times Square, and more...

Also went dorm shopping, but I didn't buy everything.

Today I think I'm going to visit Parsons and maybe Pearl Paint to buy art supplies.

So much things to buy ! Including a new camera and a hard drive that I need for Parsons... -__-

Last days in California

Seriously, I'm addicted to scary movies or something??? I watched a lot recently!

On friday I met up with Sohyeon & Youngree ! (:
We watched 4 episodes of Hon (Korean horror drama) while eating rootbeer float and nachos.. we found so many things funny!! But some parts were scaryyyy
Then, at home I watched 아파트 with my sister. It wasn't scary though!

Yesterday, I went to NEW PEOPLE mall in Japantown with Naomi babyy!
Baby the Stars Shine Bright, Black Peace Now, and 6%dokidoki opened there! LOVEEE

After that, family dinner with Tiffany's family! Yumm sushi! :b And watched the Orphan! OMGOMGOMG. it was soooo intense. I was wondering to myself.. "What am I doing here?" and kinda wanted to leave, but then I will be curious later on. It was a good movie though, I admit.

Tomorrow I'm leaving off to NYC.. I don't know what to expect. I'm scared as hell.

8/13/09 - Hangout with David and Matt! Erica joined later on too~ Aww I am going to miss them so much! They feel like family to me...

I always put 348309439 pieces of mochi in my yogurt. lol

Today I realized that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do in Castro Valley... sucks -__-

So we went to Stoneridge Mall! Fake cigarettes! lolll

MOVIE DAY

Wow, I just finished watching a movie called 헨젤과 그레텔 (Hansel and Gretel)... I have to say that I liked it. It was really creepy, shocking, sad, and confusing though. BUT overall it was good... I like these kind of movies... So i would give it 5 stars and I would recommend it!

Here is a brief summary:

A reckless youngster Eun-soo drives to his mother’s, and has a car accident. When Eun-soo wakes up, he meets a mysterious girl and is led to her fairytale-like house in the middle of the forest. There, Eun-soo is trapped with the girl and her siblings who never age. Soon he learns all the adults who visited or stayed in the house have met mysterious yet terrible ends. More shockingly, their cruel deaths are drawn in details and made into a fairytale book by the children. Scared Eun-soo tries to find the way out, but the house is secluded in the forest with no way out. And then, Eun-soo discovers a book which tells a brutal end of none other than himself!

Those are some scenes from the movie. Interesting enough??

Anyways- today, I mean YESTERDAY (since it's 4:30am right now) Tiffany and Cassandra came over for dinner, then we went to the theatres to watch G.I. JOE. I liked it... mostly because Lee Byun Hun was in it (: HAHA he was good! Then we came back home and watched The Uninvited... I liked this movie also! So I guess I watched 3 good movies today!

Oh and I went thrift store shopping with Kate and my papa in the morning! Papa got me this vintagy button up shirt with golden stars all over. So cool, Kate calls it the Harry Potter shirt... it's the stars...

I am starting to pack slowly... listening to sad Korean songs by K.will, kim bumsoo, nell, davichi, etc. My friend, Yong recently sent me a lot of sad songs, cuz I wanted them. I just cry in my head a little bit listening to them. sighhh

Yesterday.. no.. TODAY at like 5am? 6am? I was still awake, and i was looking for pictures and such.. I got so scared!! lmao. from dogs with weird spots, cat's eyes, bald hair, albino people, ...
I yelped quietly everytime and closed my eyes halfway just in case I might see more "scary" pictures. I think I needed SLEEP. haha I woke up at 4:30pm. >__>

I came across this picture while looking for some future hairstyles, and I absolutely fell in love with the colors.. I tried colorful hair before, but it wasn't half as FRUITY as this.

I am definitely going to try something like this very sooon. I want to go blonde blonde too..
I don't care what some people might think.

I AM SO CONFUSED WITH TIME EVER SINCE I CAME BACK FROM KOREAAAA. It's been more than week though!!

I sleep during the day and so awake at 3am. It's crazy. I am actually at Bea's house right now for our once in a while sleepovers! (: We went to nrb and sang 8282 (Davichi) about 20+ times. LOL

Because we recorded it &wanted to get the most perfect recordinggg. BUT- every single one has flaws. ):

Hmmm after Korea, I lost my appetite, so I stopped eating. But now I am just eating like a pig. -__-
